How long does the whole build take?+

Who owns the site after we're done?+
You do. All the code, all the content, all the accounts. If we ever part ways, the site comes with you. I don't hold anything hostage.
Can my customers actually pay online?+
Yes. Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm — all through Stripe. Money lands directly in your bank account, not mine.
What if I need to change something after launch?+
Every project includes 30 days of free tweaks — text swaps, image changes, small adjustments — I ship them within 24 hours. After that, changes are $75 each or you can move to a $50/mo care plan for unlimited small updates plus hosting oversight.
Do I need to buy my own domain?+
Yes — the domain belongs to you, not to me. I walk you through the purchase step-by-step (usually Cloudflare, about $10/year) and set up every DNS record so the site goes live on your own address.
What if I don't have a logo or brand colors yet?+
That's fine. If you have a rough direction — a mood board, a favorite site, or even just "I want it to feel modern and clean" — I'll build a full brand system to match. No design experience required.
Do you work with clients outside Cleveland?+
Always. Everything is remote — discovery is a Zoom call, builds happen wherever I am. Cleveland is home base, but every client I've shipped has been a mix of local and remote.
